Raghavendra Raj Kumar to direct films

Actor-producer Raghavendra Raj Kumar, second son of Late Dr. Raj Kumar who was a popular actor for nearly eight years during the nineties is all set to take up film direction next year for which he is scouting for a good subject.

Raghavendra Raj Kumar achieved Super Star status in the Kannada film industry after delivering the big hit ''Nanjundi Kalyana" in the late eighties and had been a big hero for many years. After not getting strong roles in his film career, he had taken a break from acting and was looking after production activities of his home company.

Now, Raghu is all set to take up film direction. He revealed this information to the media during the press conference of the tele serial ''Srushti" which is being produced by their company. The tele serial is being telecasted in the Zee TV.

Incidentally, Raghavendra Raj Kumar is also thinking of launching his son Vinay Raj Kumar as the hero in the near future. ''Vinay is now going to Gym to get himself physically fit to become a hero material" says Raghavendra Raj Kumar.
