B'lore, Nov.27 (NR): Bubbly girl Radhika Pandit has many things going for her these days. She is busy working for Krishnan Love Story directed by Shashank for which she had to undertake a long journey across three states for the outdoor shoot. After a brief period of lull after completion of the outdoor shoot of the film, Radhika has returned to act for the film in its Bangalore Schedule.

"It is a tough character. Everything connected to this role is quite different from the roles that I have performed so far. The characterization, body language, looks, dialogues and even the way I react to certain developments in the story would look different in this film. I have been going to Gym for workouts to get into a shape that suits the role of the film. Most of the roles I have performed so far in the films have been that of a slightly upper middle class urban girl, while the role in Krishnan Love Story is different. It was Shashank sir who took me to work in Moggina Manasu which got me my first Filmfare award. Now, I think I have one more powerful character in his film," says Radhika.

There are two other developments in her career which have gladdened Radhika. 18th Cross, the first film she had signed after being seen in Nanda Gokula television serial is now ready for release, thanks to the timely help rendered by Producer Siddaraju. After the untimely death of Chikkanna, the producer of 18th Cross the film had to face several problems and its release was stalled. But now Siddaraju is investing some money to help out his deceased friend's family and release the film.

"I am very much attached to my first film as it was a platform for my entry into the film industry. I play the role of a conservative girl Punya whose life changes after she meets a young man called Jeeva who works for the underworld. Deepak is the hero of this film. I enjoyed working for this film. Though the film is having a delayed release, I would promise you that it would be entertaining enough for the audience. It is a pucca mass film with lot of action elements," says Radhika Pandit.

Another happy development for her is that the film Superman which was stalled after the completion of the first schedule will be revived now. "I will work for the film just after completing my work in Krishnan Love Story. We have a fairly long shooting schedule of the film in December. Now, I am told Kolar Nagesh who had worked as an associate director in many films will direct this film. I am very happy that this film is revived. I have a glamorous role in this film," says Radhika Pandit.
