Pawan Kalyan wants to act in a Kannada film.

Telugu film industry's young super star Pawan Kalyan wants to act in a Kannada film. In that way he wants to emulate his two elder brothers Mega Star Chiranjeevi and Nagendrababu. He was in Bangalore recently to attend a function organized for the memory of Kannaa Movie icon Dr. Raj Kumar. Pawan Kalyan also participated in a function organized by actor Ravi who is running a popular Gymnasium unit in Nagarabhavi of Bangalore.

Pawan Kalyan came along with his brother Nagendra Babu to Bangalore. Nagendra Babu is now looking after the work relating to the Trust of Chiranjeevi and also developmental projects initiated by the trust. He is also the President of the Telugu film artists association.

Pawan along with his brother visited the Dr. Raj Kumar Samadhi in the Kanteerava Studios. He did interact with the family members of Dr Raj Kumar in the Sadashivanagar residence of Dr. Raj Kumar.

In the evening, Pawan attended a function held in memory of Dr. Raj Kumar where he felicitated actress Leelavathi who has acted as his leading lady in more number of films with Dr. Raj Kumar. Veteran film directors Bhagwan and M.S.Rajashekhar who had directed more number of films featuring Dr. Raj were also felicitated.

Pawan says that he will be starting his new film to be directed by Thrivikram Sreenivas on April 23. About Ram Charan Teja who is making his debut as a hero now, the actor said that Ram Charan Teja is highly talented and will certainly go places.

Pawan says that people from Karnataka have always shown special affection to his family members. "I got all their affection because they also liked my brother so much' said Pawan.
