Not for a song! - for 'Aham Premasmi'
Sep 9, 2004 IANS Sep 9
A huge set has been created in the Abbaiah Naidu Studios in Bangalore for the shooting of a song sequence for "Aham Premasmi", directed by Crazy Star Ravichandran. He figures in the song himself.
The film is the launch pad of the star's younger brother, Balaji, and 150 days of shooting has already been completed. Arti Chabria from Mumbai, who has done many Hindi films like "Tumse Achcha Kaun Hai", "Awaara Pagal Deewaana" and "Raja Bhayya", is the heroine.
It is proving to be the costliest Kannada film ever produced. Each song sequence has been shot in hugely decorated sets with hundreds of dancers for more than 10 to 15 days.
