'Kusuma' audio released

The success of the film 'Mungaru Male' has become a hot topic for discussion in the Kannada film industry today. This was evident in the audio release function of Arjun-Yaamini Sharma starrer 'Kusuma' directed by Guru Prasad.

Dwarakish, leading producer and actor who released the audio spoke about how the fantastic success of the film has given a new hope to the industry. "Now, it is proved that the success of any film is solely dependant on the story content and star value does not ensure the success of any film" said Dwarakish.

Film distributor K.V.Nagesh Kumar who released the CD album of the film also said that fresh thinking and fresh narration is necessary in the industry as the audience today have a totally different mindset. .

The function could have been better organized, but the organizers had brought too much of crowd which created little bit of confusion. The presence of the big crowd did not help media in getting the coverage it needed. While the print media photographers and television crew were not able to properly do their assignments, the journalists were not able to note the proceedings. Director Guru Prasad, Actors Arjun, Yaamisharma and Nivas were however excited about the film and said that the entire unit had worked hard to make a good product.
