B'lore, Sep.22 (NR): Suddenly things are getting brighter for Prem or Prem Kumar or Nenapirali Prem. The actor whose career prospects took a big beating after the lukewarm response to his film Gautham was further humiliated when his film Jothegaara produced by Ashwini Ram Prasad in which he was paired with Ramya did not release because of financial problems.

Now things have apparently changed in his career. Prem is all set to act in a new film directed by debutant Raveendar for which Eddelu Manjunatha director Guru Prasad has written the script. And he will also work in another film with Ramesh Arvind to be directed by Mahendar.

Another important development is that his film Sihi Muththu directed by Ashok Cashyap is almost ready for release but for the picturisation of songs featuring Darshan and Vivek Oberoi.

"I was very upset when a film like Gautham which got such good reviews in newspaper did not do well in the Box office. But such thins always happen in this industry. We may have to wait for good days. You know how I had participated in the promotional work of the film Jothegaara despite my dues not being settled by Ram Prasad. And he did not shoot my introductory song as he had promised me. He faced problems because he could not clear the dues to IDBI Bank. But all these things were not in my control. Some things happen in this industry which you are forced to watch as a bystander. I had not lost hopes of a revival in my career and I am happy it has happened now. I will face the camera all over again after a big gap now something which had not happened to me eversince my first film Nenapirali became a bit hit," says Prem.
