'Akash' set for release April 29

Bangalore, Feb 11 (IANS): Puneet Raj Kumar's new Kannada venture "Akash" has heroine Ramya acting again in a Raj Kumar production.

Ramya was introduced by Parvathamma Raj Kumar in the film "Abhi".

"Akash", slated for release on April 29, is Mahesh Babu's debut film as director. Mahesh Babu has worked as an associate to many leading directors.

Puneet's films are released in April to coincide with the birthday of his father and Kannada film icon Raj Kumar.
