Harry Potter park opens in US for wizard fans

Washington, June 19 (IANS) Daniel Radcliffe, Rupper Grint and other stars of the "Harry Potter" movie series joined fans at the inauguration of a park which has recreated the wizard world of J.K Rowling's book.

After producing celluloid versions of the book series, the actors welcomed thousands of guests to the opening of Universal Orlando's new theme park spread over 20 acres, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The park, created for $250 million has several amusement activities including the roller coaster Flight of of the Hippogriff, the high-speed ride Dragon Challenge and the site's flagship ride, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. Click the Movie button below for more info:
