Patna, March 5 (IANS) Academy Award winning film "Slumdog Millionaire" charmed the audiences world-wide and the latest to be floored by the rags-to-riches story is Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
"Inspiring", "a must watch film" is how Kumar described the film Thursday after he watched it in a theatre here.
"This film impressed me. It is a must watch film, like a must read book. It is not a long film," said Kumar, who surprised everyone when he took a rickshaw to reach the theatre.
"I enjoyed the film and it strengthened my commitment to build a new Bihar, a developed Bihar," Kumar said.
Kumar took a rickshaw from his official residence to the theatre, followed by his security guards, some on bicycles and some on foot. Half a dozen politicians, including two legislators, also followed him on rickshaws.
