Ranvir and Vinay are happy being typecast

Ranvir Shorey and Vinay Pathak are happy being typecast as comedians or small budget film actors as they are newcomers to the Hindi film industry and do not have many choices to showcase their talents.

"At this stage, there are not many choices. We do not get many auditions and so we have to do whatever we get. We are happy that we get jobs," says Ranvir. "But at times when someone brings a camera in front of us and asks us to do an act (comedy antics), it does not feel that good."

Ranvir and Vinay have been great friends. They have not only anchored comedy shows together but have also acted together in films like "Khosla Ka Ghosla" and "Bheja Fry".
