Mumbai, Nov 21 (IANS) Producer-director Prakash Jha has rubbished rumours that he is planning to organise a special screening of his film "Apaharan" for political heavyweights in Bihar.

"There is absolutely no question of holding screenings for anyone either in the government or otherwise. I am not here to appease anyone. I am not in the policy of having pre-release trials for any of my films," Jha said.

The clarification comes in the wake of speculation that Jha was contemplating a special pre-release preview of his film in association with the Bihar distributors for higher ups in the Bihar government, in order to have a trouble free release of the film, Bollywood Trade reports.

"Apaharan", Jha's venture after the engrossing "Gangajal", portrays the political and criminal nexus that thrives behind the business of kidnappings in Bihar.

The film is socially and politically relevant, considering the recent abductions in the state. Ajay Devgan, Nana Patekar, Bipasha Basu, Yashpal Sharma and Mohan Agashe star in the movie. It marks the return of Patekar, who plays an antagonist.

Jha also has an interesting line-up of films on the production front, having signed Nana Patekar, Ashwini Chowdhary, Sudhir Mishra, Vikram Bhatt and Ajai Sinha, to direct films for his banner, Prakash Jha Productions.

Wedding bells for Emraan Hashmi Smooch specialist Emraan Hashmi, best known for his on-screen kisses, is set to tie the knot with Parveen Sahani. The wedding is likely to take place early next year.

The two decided to marry after Emraan officially proposed to her last week, reports Bollywood Trade.

Interestingly, the woman of Emraan's dreams is not a party-hopping movie girl but a traditional family-oriented woman who teaches in a nursery school. According to Emraan, Parveen has been instrumental in bringing stability in his otherwise unsettled life. He has said that despite his on-screen image, he would always love to return home to a simple homely wife.

The wedding decision followed stories of Emraan's passionate affair at a recent outdoor shoot with his "Jawani Diwani" co-star Celina Jaitley. Emraan was reportedly worried that the rumours would create a rift in his three-year-old relationship with Parveen. He admitted he did not want her to hurt her any more. Will that mean that he will now put a full stop to his flaming kisses on screen?

Emraan's next release is "Kalyug", in which hee plays the role of a sex-sho owner and will be seen with a very different get-up.
