New Delhi, April 6 (IANS) Actors generally love to talk about their character in the movies, but actor Annu Kapoor refrains from such activities.

"Why glorify what you do in terms of preparation for your character? As an actor this is my job," said Kapoor gained a lot of weight and worked on his voice and body posture for his role in "Vicky Donor".

"Do we ask a journalist what kind of research they did before doing a story or ask a cop what went into becoming one? Certain things are given and need to be done."

Versatile Annu, has played all kind of roles - from comedy to negative roles. If in "Hum" he played a bad guy, in "Mr. India" he had the audiences rolling on the floor with his comic timing. Recently he was seen as one of the seven husbands of Priyanka Chopra in "7 Khoon Maaf".

Now the 56-year-old is returning to tickle your funny bone as doctor Chaddha in the forthcoming movie "Vicky Donor", a film about sperm donation. Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the film that has Ayushman Khurana and Yami Gautam in the lead roles, is releasing April 20. It is John Abraham's first production venture.
