Jun 30: Director Vivek Agnihotri's film "Chocolate" got a rousing ovation at the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards held in Amsterdam recently.
The 10-minute performance of the team led by actor Anil Kapoor was electrifying. What made the entire star cast and the director feel extra special was the fact that superstar Shah Rukh Khan made the entire stadium reverberate with a continuous chanting of 'I love Chocolate!'
Agnihotri and the film's cast were mobbed after the show and congratulated for making a truly international movie.
So much so that a Dutch crewman came down from a 50 feet high rig and said: "Your film is a hit... Congratulations, in advance!" He also gifted Agnihotri his badge!
"That's the best reward I could ever get," said an overwhelmed Vivek.
