'Neerali' shies away from Eid release

Mohanlal starrer "Neerali" will hit the screens on July 12. The new release date was announced by Mohanlal on his Twitter handle on Monday. Earlier, the movie was slated for release on June 15, on the occasion of Eid.

Directed by Ajoy Varma, the film also stars Parvatii Nair, Nadhiya Moidu and Suraj Venjaramoodu in major roles.

Touted to be an action thriller, the film was shot in Mumbai and Pune, besides some exotic locations in Sri Lanka.
