Nandha to play cop in Kallaattam

Nandha after his last film Katham Katham will take on the role of a cop in his next, Kallaattam. The film is directed by Ramesh G, who has done cinematography for films like Thiruda Thirudi, Alwar, King and more. Richard is another lead in the film supported by Elavarasu.

The film is said to be an edge-of-the-seat investigative thriller, which revolves around the theft of huge sum of money. It's about how Nanda solves the case, and save his personal life, too.

Interestingly, this film doesn't have any fight sequences. The director says, "Though it's a cop story, the film doesn't have even one action sequence. In fact, the film has only one song and there are no love portions, too. I believe that it will be a different attempt as I have tried something new. The film was shot in the interiors of Madurai and Chennai. We are done with the shoot and it's ready for release." Click the Movie button below for more info:
