Sri Velugonda Srinivas garu has written the story of “Damarukam” almost 3 years back . When the director Srinivasa Reddy garu first met Venkat garu of RR Movie makers , he liked the story so much that he immediately sent the director to Nagarjuna garu to narrate the story , even Nagarjuna garu liked the story and they have started shooting for the film almost an year and a half back .

The damarukam team has been working from an year and a half to make sure that they make this film the best in every one’s career who worked for the film and also make this film the best in the Industry .

Damarukam is the first Socio Fantasy film in Nagarjuna’s career and this is also the highest budget film in Nagarjuna’s career.

The graphics of the movie are extraordinary and are being executed by fire fly . A team of almost 150 members have been working for the graphics of this film from the past 1 year. The movie almost has 1 hour and 10 minutes of graphics.

The first 17 minutes , 10 minutes at the time of the interval and 20 minutes from the climax are extraordinary and the whole film is made with utmost care as huge graphics are involved in the movie and a lot of care has been taken to ensure that the story line is not broken because of graphics.

The music for the movie is been given by Devi Sri Prasad and this would be the best of all the albums of devi Sri Prasad.
