Time Malayalam Movie

After the success of Chinthamani Kola Case, Suresh Gopi and Shaji Kailas come together again in their new venture Time. If Suresh Gopi was an advocate in the earlier film, he plays the roles of two police officers in this - one that of Superintendent of Police Viswanathan Menon, and the other that of his son IPS Officer Appan Menon.

Appan Menon is an outstanding IPS officer with a doctorate in criminology. But when a new government comes to power, he is shuttled off as the MD of the Civil Supplies Corporation. Under certain special circumstances however, the Chief Minister himself puts him in charge of a special investigation to unravel the mystery behind the murder Minister Krishnan Nambiar.

Vaiga is the girl Appan loved from childhood and eventually marries. Wherever he goes to fulfill his duties, Appan always calls Vaiga, and she is always there to answer the call. But one day when he puts through his regular call, there is no one to pick up the phone at the other end. What has befallen Vaiga?

Newcomer Vimala Raman plays the role of Vaiga. Padmapriya plays the equally important role of Susan Thomas, a social worker. The film is to be released in the second half of May 2007.
