Chacko Randaman Malayalam Movie

Thenkasimangalam is a sleepy little hamlet. Harvest season is festival time in the village. Wrestling and tug-of-war are the most popular competitive sports. There was nobody to beat Ottachavittu Chacko in wrestling. He has a powerful right arm and left leg. His sponsor was Parunthu Gopi, the biggest landowner in the village. The two were good friends. Malini is the daughter of Perumal of the same village. Chacko is fond of Malini. Though Gopi is aware of it, he too wants to have Malini as his wife, and even instigates communal feelings to win her. From then on the two become sworn enemies.

Having lost Malini, Chacko becomes emotionally unsettled. It is then that 14 year old Sainaba comes into his life. He has a son by her. His name is Johnny. The rivalry between Chacko and Gopi persists, resulting in the loss of Chacko's right arm and left leg and the use of Johnny's vocal chords. Johnny's son Chacko Randaaman evens the score.

Kalabhavan Mani plays three roles for the first time as father, son and grandson, while Mohini also plays triple roles as Mani's wife, mother and grand mother. Jyothirmai as Meenakshi pairs off with Chacko Randaaman, Mani's youngest avatar in the film, which is the debut venture of Sunil Karyattukara as director. The film is scheduled to hit the screens on July 28.
