Big Momma's House 2 English Movie
This sequel to Big Momma’s House is just fun, keeps you entertained through out, although the story is not anything great.
FBI agent Malcolm Taylor (Martin Lawrence) finds himself shuffled to a desk job, much to his displeasure, so that he can attend to his pregnant wife (Nia Long). However Malcolm misses the challenge of his work. So when he learns that the FBI is on the track of Fuller, (Mark Moses) a computer programmer, who has produced a computer ‘worm’ that can gain access into important government files, he decides to investigate this on his own. And to gain access into Fuller’s home, he disguises himself as a nanny calling himself ‘Big Momma’ and takes charge of Fuller’s home and his three children.
Big Momma is a black, heavy-busted woman and all the antics in the film revolve around her.
As Big momma, Malcolm takes care of the three children. He disciplines the eldest child, a fifteen year old girl, going through teenage crushes and pampers the youngest, a two- year old son, who has the habit of jumping from heights. And as for the second child, a school going girl, fond of dancing, Big Momma trains her in dance and boosts her sagging morale.
But at night, Big Momma is the FBI agent on his investigation.
There are enough moments to chuckle through the film, whether it is in the beauty parlor with Fuller’s wife, where Big Momma ends up in the chocolate bath, or on the beach with the children in a swim suit ala Bo Derek with braids on her hair or in the shopping mall, trying to hide from his wife, who presumes he is being unfaithful to her.
You just don’t get bored, although at times, it may seem silly with slapstick comedy.
There is some action thrown in towards the end, when Fuller’s eldest daughter is held ransom only to be rescued by whom else, but Big Momma.
‘Big Momma’s House 2’ relaxes especially when work gets a bit too heavy.
