Vicky's been cursed with bad luck since childhood. It also affects his relationship with Chaitra. When Vicky meets Maya, daughter of Prof. Acharya who dies under mysterious circumstances, tables turn in Vicky's favor. A Sci-Fi tale that falls prey to sloppy treatment. Bombhaat shows glimpses of the potential it has when it turns tables on the damsel-in-distress trope and gives at least one of the girls a little more to do than look pretty in a man’s world. Sadly it fails to rise above its sloppy treatment and explore it.
