The film revolves around a young man from Bijapur who greets and entertains tourists at the Great Gol Gumbaz by drawing mehandi. He is also a part of the local orchestra team which performs at marriages and other functions. Nanna Ninna Prema Kathe is a love story that begins at a marriage function and concludes at a rose garden proving that true love is eternal. Shankar (Vijaya Raghavendra) and Priya (Nidhi Subbaiha) are the lead characters who are extremely in love with each other and meet in places like Golgumbaz, Barah Kaman, Ibrahim Roza and Sangeetha Mahal, but fate is waiting to shock them with unexpected things.
