SYNOPSIS:

‘Annmariya Kalippilanu’ is centered on a girl who studies in Class IV. She is an angry little girl. Tamil actress Baby Sara Arjun plays the role of Annmariya.


Sunny Wayn also does the prominent role of Poombatta Girish, a goon. Annmariya and Poombatta Girish are friends and share a soulful relationship.


‘Annmariya Kalippilanu’ is not a children’s film, but is for all ages. The film is directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas.


Aju Varghese, Shine Tom Chacko, Siddique, Saiju Kurup, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Leyona Leshoy play the other important roles. Dulquer Salman does a cameo appearance in the film.


Shaan Rahman is the music director. ‘Annmariya Kalippilanu’ is produced by Alice George under the banner of Goodwill Entertainments.

Anne Mariya Kalippilanu: There is one inspired casting in Midhun Manuel Thomas's children's movie, which somehow prevents the whole affair from turning into a sheer travesty. It isn't the titular character 'Anne' played by the cute angel, Baby Sara. And nor is it Sunny Wayne, who's far from the brilliance which he showcased in his debut Second Show, but earnest nevertheless.

Fun watch. Hear-warming. Dulquer doesnt shine. Bengali boy's lines makes you laugh even after the movie.

A feel good movie with a mediocre story line which treats its audience sensibilities with lot of respect and does not take viewers for granted.Technically sound and casting wise too flawless. A very good weekend watch especially with children, loved it :)
