The title of the film is ‘Kollegala’ the place is also known for ‘black magic’. The duo of the film hails from Kolara district of Karnataka. The important man from ‘Kollegala’ who changes the fortune in the duo life is the crux of the matter. There is a clash between ‘Mantra and Tantra’ in the process.
