Zubaan is an exhilarating journey of self-discovery, and far far more accomplished work that this week’s other release Prakash Jha’s Jai Gangaajal.

Zubaan isn’t a bad film.It is decently made and reasonably well acted.The first hour or so of this film, in fact, rolls out with the abrupt immediacy of a television show recap, as if we’re catching up with what we already know.It hurts also that the overall narrative is painfully predictable.
