Superstar Ajith's double role performance and director Charan made the viewers curious and gave high expectations about Attahasam. Though the movie didn't live completely upto the expectations, it defintely worth watching. Ajith played his role with energy and charm. Charan made a sincere attempt to make the movie different.


Twin brothers switch their roles as a villian and driving instructor. Their father was murdered by a Dada, Babu Antony. After the muder Ajith's mother sent his twin brother to Tuticorn and he grows up there to become a gangster. Ajith visits his brother in Tuticorn and they switch the roles. Story takes its own twists and turns gets back to the right path.


Puja, the heroine has only limited role. Sujatha plays a typical emotional mother. Karunas' comedy evokes a few guffaws. Mahadevan, Illavarasan, Vaiyapuri, V M C Haneefa are also in the cast.
