Ra Ra Krishnayya Telugu Movie
Kittu (Sundeep Kishan) is a fun loving lad who works as a cab driver to Manikyam (Tanikella Bharani). Kittu saves 6 Lakh Rupees out of his earnings with Manikyam but the later deceives Kittu refusing to give the money back. It was then Kittu kidnaps Manikyam's daughter, Nandeswari aka Nandu (Regina) to recover his money. Nandu has a tangle with her father who is forcing her to marry Aravind Swamy (Satyam Rajesh). So she cooperates with Kittu in running away. During the process of the couple running away from Manikyam, a love story develops between them. What happens finally in their story forms the rest.
Sundeep Kishan has shown improvement from his last movie, Venkatadri Express. He even improved his screen presence which is being a hindrance for him to move in to the next big league. Regina Cassandra is oozing glamour in the film. She is at her best and will lure the youth audience to the theaters. Jagapathi Babu is superb in the baddie's role but was totally under used. Tanikella Bharani is at his best again. Tagubothu Ramesh evoked laughs in the first half. Ravi Babu, Brahmaji and Satyam Rajesh have done their bit.
The first half of the movie is super cool with good entertainment but the movie gets derailed immediately after the interval. The debutant director Mahesh Babu totally lost his way in the second half with too many characters. He could not portray the romance between the lead pair or the relationship between the brothers well. The climax is cliched as well.
Achu's music is a big asset to the movie. Also the director made sure all the songs are appealing on the screen. Sri Ram's Camera work is of top quality. Marthand K.Venkatesh should have been strict with the second half.
Finally, Ra Ra Krishnayya is that kind of product I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this film, we wouldn't stand in anyone's way of watching this, either.
