Alludu Seenu Telugu Movie
Alludu Seenu (Bellamkonda Srinivas) and his uncle Narasimha (Prakash Raj) are number one rogues in a village. The borrow money from every one and when the lenders chase them they try to escape to Chennai. Instead, the land in Hyderabad where Seenu bumps in to a don, Bhai (Prakash Raj). Initially, Seenu will be surprised to see the resemblance between his uncle and Bhai but later decides to cash it by fooling Bhai's PA, Dimple (Brahmanandham). Seenu later falls in love with Bhai's daughter, Anjali (Samantha). Where does all this lead to and how Seenu wins Anjali's hand is the rest.
Coming to performances, we will start with the debutant, Bellamkonda Srinivas. He put in lot of effort, money and time has gone in his dances and fights and performed them with excellent precision. However he has to improve a lot in acting and emoting right emotions.
The director made the complete use of Samantha's glamour. No doubt she will be a treat to the masses and her fans. Brahmandham is the asset of the film in the role of Dimple. Prakash Raj did just to both the roles of Narasimha and Bhai.
Coming to the technical aspects, Alludu Seenu has very stale subject which is like a kichidi of several mass masala films in the past. You got to remember several old movies while watching the film and also you will easilt predict what is going to happen next. But the good thing is that Vinayak made sure that the commercial aspects go well to make the movie work at the box office.
Gopi Mohan's screenplay is patchy. Devi Sri Prasad's Music is good and all the songs are well shot but the placement is too bad. Chota K. Naidu's camera work is colourful and grand. Editing should have been better in the second half. Bellamkonda's Production Values are never before for a new comer.
Finally, Alludu Seenu has nothing in terms of novelty or innovation. It is just a routine mass masala with good dose of commercial elements like dances, fights, comedy etc. Watch it only if you have nothing to do this weekend!
