Mirchi Shiva and Bobby Simha in Masala Padam

All In Pictures presents Masala Padam with Mirchi Shiva, Bobby Simha and debutant Gaurav in lead roles. Lakshmy Devi of Nil Gavani Sellathey fame is the lady lead. Cinematographer Laxman Kumar of Vennila Kabaddi Kuzhu fame is debuting as director with this film. Laxman also will be handling cinematography.

On the technical front, Karthik Acharya is debuting as music director and Richard Kevin is in charge of editing and Viji as art director.

Laxman is also co-producing the movie with Vijayaragavendra. About his many roles in the film, Laxman says, “As a cinematographer, I do not just record the visuals. I would also listen, realize and understand all the things happening around especially about cinema. This film is an outcome of the debates and interesting facts that I grew hearing about ‘Masala’ films and that’s the reason for the title.
