Meyaadha Maan also to release for Diwali

Originally Vijay’s Mersal was the only film announced for Diwali and was said to be the sole contender for all the attention from movie buffs this festive season. But, now, Karthik Subbarajs’ production venture Meyadha Maan will also give company to Atlee’s Mersal.

Karthik Subbaraj's debut production film, Meyaadha Maan, features Vaibhav, Priya Bhavanishankar in the lead roles and is directed by Rathna Kumar. The film was earlier scheduled to release on November 17th, but now the team has advanced the release date, by a month.

The official new poster of Meyaadha Maan, which indicates the Diwali release says, "Mersal aana kaalai varudhunga, kudave, thulli maanum varudhunga!” There is also a speculation about Sasikumar's Kodi Veeran releasing for Diwali, but an official confirmation is yet to come.
