Mariah Carey joins the already-impressive cast of 'The Lego Batman Movie'
Nov 10, 2015 NRInitial reports indicated that the 45-year-old singer was on board to voice Commissioner Gordon, but this does not seem to be the case. Carey will voice the Mayor of Gotham City.

Will Arnett, who voiced Batman in "The Lego Movie", will return to voice the Dark Knight.
Chris McKay, the animation supervisor of "Lego Movie", is directing the project with a script written by Seth Grahame-Smith.
Dan Lin and Roy Lee are producing the film along with "Lego Movie" director-screenwriter duo Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. "Lego Batman Movie" is scheduled to be released in the US on February 10, 2017.
Carey's last big screen credit was 2013's "Lee Daniels' The Butler". Before that, she also collaborated with Daniels in 2009's "Precious: Based on the Novel PUSH by Sapphire". Click the Movie button below for more info:
