Mahesh Babu, Sreenu Vaitla team raises expectation

After Dookudu, actor Mahesh Babu is teaming up with director Sreenu Vaitla for a mass entertainer, Aagadu. The film has Tamannaah as the heroine and this is the first time she is acting with Mahesh Babu.

The film’s shooting has been going on in Hyderabad and some important scenes are being shot in Sarathi Studios. A special set was erected for the film in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad and Mahesh Babu is shooting there.

In the movie, both Mahesh Babu and Tamannaah are essaying the roles of police officers and the film has Rayalseema as the backdrop. The film will be heavy on comedy and the Dookudu combo is expected to recreate the Dookudu magic at the box-office. After completing the current schedule by February 9, the film’s unit will head to Gujarat.

Gopichand, Anil Sunkara and Ram Achanta are producing the film under 14 Reels Entertainment banner. S S Thaman is the music director and KV Guhan is the cinematographer.
