The trailer of Kriti Sanon’s third Hindi film — ‘Raabta’ is finally out, and the pretty girl has been receiving rave reviews for her performance and chemistry with Sushant Singh Rajput.

However, Kriti was connected with the film way before she began her journey in the Hindi films. “I feel I was meant to be a part of ‘Raabta,’ Kriti said during the trailer launch of the film.

She added, “It’s so strange that before I had even signed ‘Heropanti,’ I had met Dinesh Vijan for something, where he had narrated me the first scene of ‘Raabta’ when the story was not developed. He narrated me the first chocolate shop scene of this girl and the boy and how they strangely feel connected. So, it was like I had not even started films back then and now after so many years I am doing this film.”

The film which also features Sushant Singh Rajput is all about connections and narrates the tale of how Saira (Kriti) and Shiv (Sushant), who are connected through their past, through a love story that could not be fulfilled in one lifetime.

Directed by Dinesh Vijan, ‘Raabta’ will also have a special title track featuring none other than Dinesh’s lucky mascot Deepika Padukone. ‘Raabta’ is secluded to release on June 9.
