Kaaviya Thalaivam in April?

If the buzz is to be believed the period drama of Vasantha Balan, Kaaviya Thalaivan will most probably releasing for the Tamil New Year.

Kaaviya Thalaivan is said to be a fictional historic drama But insiders say that it is inspired by the life of KB Sundarambal and Kittappa. Sources say that the production team is happy as the film is progressing as planned. It is being said that they would be completing the film very soon and start the promotional activities by December.

Being a musical film it is being said that the film will have plenty of songs for which AR Rahman has said to have composed some stunning music. The movie stars Siddharth, Vedhika in the lead roles. Prithviraj, Anaika, Nassar and Thambi Ramaiah are also there in critical roles. The film is being produced by Varun Manian and S. Sashikanth under Radiance Media, Y Not Studios banner.
