K S Ravikumar to Lingaa critics

Lingaa directed by K S Ravikumar starring Superstar Rajinikanth and Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty was released on 12th December and the film is met with mixed reviews.

While hardcore Rajini fans lapped up the film, it was not the same thing with common public and critics who pointed many logical loopholes in the script and the climax was also a big downer.

Reacting to all these, Ravikumar had said, “I am a commercial director and worry only about the commercial success of my film. I don’t care much about critics and what they say. It is important for me how much collections my film makes”. When asked about the balloon fight, KSR says, “I have budgetary constraints and can work only within my producer’s budget. When we were discussing about various fights, an assistant director suggested balloon fight which has not been done till date by Rajinikanth. That’s why we went for it”.
