Junga is the name of an upcoming film to be directed by Gokul of Rowthiram fame that features Vijay Sethupathi in the lead. Sayyesha Saigal had been signed on as the heroine of this film. Siddharth Vipin has been called on to score music. The film is planned to be done on a lavish budget and the unit will be shooting most of the film in Paris. For the rest of the shoot, the unit will be filming in Ramanathapuram, Chennai and Tuticorin.
The latest development on the film front is that hero Vijay Sethupathi will be donning the producer’s hat also for Junga. Elaborating on this, director Gokul says that when he narrated the script to Vijay Sethupathi, he liked it a lot and agreed to even fund it. He will apparently be investing 20 crores for Junga.
Vijay Sethupathi had earlier produced Orange Mittai directed by Biju Viswanath which was his maiden production venture in the name of Vijay Sethupathi Productions. Click the Movie button below for more info: Junga
