‘Jiivi' release confirmed

‘Jiivi’, directed by VJ Gopinath, has got a release date now. The film is set to hit screens on June 28. It is produced by M. Vella Pandian of Vetrivel Saravana Cinemas.

Vetri of ‘8 Thottakkal’ fame plays the lead in this suspense thriller. Karunakaran plays Vetri’s friend of whose character is said to be crucial the film.

It also features Rohini, Mime Gopi and Monica et al. Sundaramurthy KS composes music while Praveen Kumar cranks the camera. Praveen KL is in charge of editing. The script is penned by Babu Tamizh. The film was shot in Chennai, Theni, and Pondicherry.
