Director Karthik Subburaj’s upcoming film Jigarthanda starring Siddharth and Lakshmi Menon is fast nearing completion. The film will be releasing in January. Siddharth, the hero of the film had tweeted : “Last day on the sets of Karthik Subbaraj’s ‘Jigarthanda’. Going to really miss this gang. Release news soon. Very excited about this picture.”
The film’s music is by Santhosh Narayanan. The film has Simha and Karuna in supporting roles. Jigarthanda is touted to be a thriller with Madurai as the background.
The film is produced by Fivestar Kathiresan who had produced films like Polladhavan and Aadukalam.
