Actor Jesse Eisenberg is reportedly in talks to be part of film adaptation of comic book “Suicide Squad”.

David Ayer is hoping to include Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor in his Suicide Squad. Warner Bros. is currently in talks with the actor to bring his Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice character into the upcoming movie about DC villains.

The film is about a team of imprisoned super-villains who perform high-risk missions for the U.S. Government in exchange for commuted sentences. The team's actions are highly classified, and the government is able to deny any involvement by claiming that they are not responsible for the damages of a random super-villain attack. Ayer has described the film as "The Dirty Dozen" with super villains.

Warner Bros. has yet to comment on Eisenberg's appearance in Suicide Squad. While this may seem like a done deal to some, that isn't necessarily the case. Eisenberg has a very busy schedule ahead of him, which could prevent him from signing up for Ayer's film. Eisenberg's upcoming projects include Now You See Me 2, Zombieland 2, and Todd Phillips' Arms And The Dudes.

As of last week, the other actors rumored for the film included Will Smith, Tom Hardy, Margot Robbie, and Ryan Gosling.
