Jayam Ravi to team with Shakthi Sounder Rajan again

Director Shakthi Sounder Rajan had made films like Naanayam, Naaygal Jaagiradhai and the latest Miruthan. Of these although Miruthan was said to be the first ever Tamil film on zombies, it was met with mixed reviews and was slammed for its inconsistency in the content.

Meanwhile it is announced that the Team Miruthan will once again be coming together for their next project. This film will have Jayam Ravi in the lead and the other cast members are yet to be confirmed. Music composer Imman will be scoring tunes for this film also.

The shoot is expected to commence from July and the director is quick to respond that this will not be a sequel of Miruthan as it needs a lot of time to script something on zombies. This film will be produced by Kenanya Films who have also produced Oru Naal Koothu which is awaiting its release.
