Jagapathi Babu likely to play a baddie in Suriya's film

Jagapathi Babu who had played villain roles in films like Lingaa, Bairavaa and Puli Murugan has apparently been roped into play a character with dark shades in the upcoming Suriya-Selvaraghavan’s film which is untitled as yet. The film will be produced by Dream Warrior Pictures and the principal shoot will begin in mid-February. It would feature Rakul Preet Singh and Sai Pallavi as its female leads.

Kollywood corridors say that Jagapathy Babu is in talks with director Selvaraghavan to play the main villain. He has been approached by the makers with the script and he was apparently impressed with the role offered by Selva and believes that this film will show him in a new dimension.

Sources suggest that actor in all likelihood will be signing the film and would be meeting the producers in the first week of February to discuss his availability. If everything falls into place, he will join the team soon. Click the Movie button below for more info:
