J.K. Rowling apologises to fans for killing off 'Harry Potter' character Fred Weasley
May 4, 2015 NRThe author took to her micro-blogging website Twitter on Saturday, she wrote, "Today I would just like to say: I'm really sorry about Fred. *Bows head in acceptance of your reasonable ire*."
When a fan named Brieuc Toudic asked her, "What about Tonks, Lupin?"
The 49-year-old replied, "I thought I might apologise for one death per anniversary. Fred was the worst for me, so I started with him."
Other fans seemingly couldn't accept Rowling's apology.
A fan, Lisa Thompson tweeted, "@jk_rowling i think that's the one I couldn't forgive you for :(."
Another fan wrote, "I love you Jo but I don't think I'll ever be able to forgive you for doing that tbh."
Rowling is currently working on the script for "Harry Potter" spin-off "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" which is scheduled to be released in the US on November 18, 2016. Click the Movie button below for more info:
