Actor Suriya is celebrating his 38th birthday today. Son of veteran actor Siva Kumar, Suriya debuted with the film Nerukku Ner and has done nearly 30 films so far. His recent film Singam 2 under the direction of Hari has been a big hit. Suriya has two films in the pipeline and they are Lingusamy’s untitled film and Gautham Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram.
Suriya is married to actress Jyothika and they have two children Diya and Dev. Recently Suriya has announced the formation of a new production company 2D. His cousin Gnanavel Raj runs the production house Studio Green. Suriya also runs Agaram Foundation, which educates hundreds of underprivileged children from across Tamil Nadu.
