Geethanjali Selvaraghavan clarifies

Geethanjali Selvaraghavan who is busy with her first directorial Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam’s release states that there are quite a lot of rumors that suggest that her film is being directed by her husband Selvaraghavan.

Clarifying the same, she says, “I can’t help it. Such things happen when you happen to be the wife of a popular director. But how long would they talk like this? For my first film? 2nd or 3rd? And then, they would realize the truth because I am not going to just stop with one film and I will continue to direct”

On her first film, she says she is much energized with all youth crew. She has learnt a lot during the filming. Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam has editor Kola Bhaskar’s son as hero and Wamiqa Gabbi as leads.
