Gauthami on Kamal Haasan

Gauthami is making a comeback after almost two decades to what she loves the best-acting. She will be seen as Kamal Haasan’s wife in Papanasam which is the remake of the Malayalam blockbuster Drishyam. She is reprising the role of Meena in Tamil. The shooting for the film is happening in southern districts of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

While talking about her experience in Papanasam, Gauthami says that she has not seen the original Drishyam till date and wants to bring in her own dimension to the role. She also adds that it is only because of her daughter Subbulakshmi that she took up Papanasam and also she liked the script.
