Blanchett's children loved 'The Hobbit' set

Los Angeles, Dec 14 (IANS) Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett took her sons with her during the shooting of the fantasy film "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" and says her children were enchanted by Sir Peter Jackson's impressive set pieces.
"They're getting to the point where they're not so portable and they choose to do less so it's been great to be with them. It's a pretty exciting place backstage on a film set, especially when you're young," contactmusic.com quoted Blanchett as saying.
The actress took Dashiell, 11, Roman, eight, and four-year-old Ignatius to New Zealand on the sets.
"I flew over for eight days and the boys came with me and it was wonderful for them to see the film set. They were so excited because they saw the 3D cameras ... they saw all the stunt guys and saw how things are put together," she said. Click the Movie button below for more info:
