Director Mahendran teams with Udhayanidhi Stalin and Priyadarshan

Few films create expectations in the announcement itself. One such is the untitled film of ace director Priyadarshan starring Udhayanidhi Stalin and produced by Santhosh T Kuruvilla for Moonshot Entertainment which is said to be the remake of the Malayalam film Maheshinte Prathikaram.

The latest news about this film is that legendary director Mahendran, who played the villain in 'Theri' will be playing a very important character in this movie. He will be playing Udhay's father. Unlike 'Theri' his character in this movie will be a soft spoken, very kind hearted man.

This untitled movie has Parvathy Nair and Namitha Pramod cast opposite Udhayanidhi. Darbuka Siva will be composing music for this film and Ekambaram is handling the cinematography. Samuthirakani not only plays an important character in the film but also has donned the hat of the dialogue writer of this movie. The shooting of the movie is going on in full steam in and around Kuttralam.
