Director Kannan begins his next film with Gautham Karthik

Director Kannan who had his directorial training under Mani Ratnam began his debut with Jayamkondan. Later he made films like Settai, Kanden Kaadhalai, Vandhaan Vendraan and Oru Oorla Rendu Raja. Some time back, he had announced the title of his next film as Aandavanae En Pakkam.

But it looks like, he has begun another film whose title is yet to be firmed up. Yesterday on the 17th of August Kannan began his next film with a small Pooja.

Gautham Karthik will reportedly play an engineering student who is extremely bright and intelligent. As regards the technical team, DoP will be V N Mohan, who trained under PC Sreeram and is also a gold medalist from DFT. Selva will be the editor and Nivas K Prasanna is the music composer. The heroine will soon be confirmed. The unit plans to begin their first, month long schedule from the 12th of September in Chennai. Click the Movie button below for more info:
