Director Anubhav Sinha's ‘Thappad' to hit screens in Feb. 2020

The release of Taapsee Pannu starrer ‘Thappad’ has been finalised. The actress, known for films such as ‘Pink’, ‘Mulk’ and ‘Badla’, took to her Twitter page and announced the release date on Monday. The film also marks her reunion with ‘Mulk’ director Anubhav Sinha.

According to her tweet, the film is set to hit the screens on February 28, 2020. “Reuniting with the man who has taken ‘reinventing’ to some other level....@anubhavsinha, looking forward to show you all on 28 Feb 2020. Produced by @itsBhushanKumar & @anubhavsinha, Thappad will release on 28 Feb,2020,” she tweeted.

Taapsee plays the character Amrita in the film.
