Director Ameer in and as MGR Pandiyan

We have witnessed many new films being named after the old movie titles. But, it is for the first time in the history of Tamil Cinema, a combination of a tall leader’s name - MGR, along with Superstar Rajinikanth’s movie title - Pandiyan, is titled for a new movie - MGR Pandiyan.

Ameer plays the lead role, while he’s supported well by Chandini in this upcoming high budget film. Adding a twist to the developments in the political world, veteran actors like Anandaraj, Ponvannan, Kanja Karuppu, Iman Annachi, and others have played their roles to satisfaction portraying them effectively as real life political characters.

Music by Vidyasagar, lyrics by Vairamuthu and Pa. Vijay and choreography by Kalyan, Dhina and Dinesh adds more excitement to the movie. Cinematographer Devaraj has put up an impressive performance with the camera. MGR Pandiyan, a high budget politico-commercial entertainer, is produced and directed by Adham Bhava.
