Dhanush to announce the release date of VIP 2 this evening

The announcement of Ajith’s Vivegam release date has sent many filmmakers into serious discussion to plan their film’s release date. Dhanush’s VIP 2 which is directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth was to hit the screens on the 28th July but got postponed.

Yesterday, Dhanush took to his microblogger to say that he would announce the release date of VIP at 7 PM this evening. He tweeted, “, “#vip2 release date will be announced tom evening 7 pm with a #raghuvarancoming teaser #teakadaraja #vipboys”.

Meanwhile, there are wide speculations about the release date of VIP 2, when some people said it might release on the 11th August, some said it would release on the 18th of August. Notwithstanding all these, Dhanush again explained in his social media page that there is no need to speculate and that he would announce the date this evening. Dhanush tweeted, “Requesting fans nd media not 2 speculate d release date of #vip2.Will announce myself today at 7.Thank u 4 your understanding nd patience”.
